I was looking at the new "state parks collection" coins and I was wondering, how do they "release new coins." I mean they got the state collection of quarter out pretty well, so that pretty much every other quarter is a state quarter.

Do they give them to employees to spend or do they hand them out, or toss them on the street and let people grab them? What do they do?

The Federal Reserve system actually determines what coins are struck and when, when it come to coins for daily use. The 12 Federal Reserve banks store the coins that the banks in their areas need and send them to the banks when requested. There was a deal or more like it a congressional mandate for the Federal Reserve to honor the requests from banks for just the state quarters for a certain period after they were struck. This worked well for everyone. No such deal was made for the territories quarters so they were had to get, the banks could only order quarters and not say what kind and got what was in stock at that Federal Reserve bank. The mint did sell the mint sets and proof sets of the state quarters direct to collectors and will also do the same for the state parks quarters, they will also sell rolls of uncirculated one. I am not sure if the banks have the same option as the state quarter program. I have not seen anything in the magazines as yet. If they do then they will be easy to get if not then they won’t. As you can see it is more complicated then most people realize. The Federal Reserve did order dimes this year but not nickel, so there may be no 2010 nickels this year. All the Federal Reserve banks have plenty of nickels on had. There are 12 federal Reserve Districts. Hope this helps. The mint no longer gives mint works the first chance.

Hi, can anyone recommend any books set in modern day Greece. I know this sounds stupid but I want a total chic-lit book. Preferably a romance. I’ve been looking on the internet but most of the books are about the war and stuff so if anyone can help it would be great. Thanks.

I know they just released the i15 and g15’s and I am considering getting the G’s. However, I am weary of getting new irons towards the end of the season, will an updated version come of the irons out again next spring or summer?

Ping releases clubs every year, but promotes a lot of hype b4 they release. The G15 and i15 clubs were just released but they were being talked about since the beginning of the summer.

I’ve only dabbled in chic lit books recently so I only know of a couple authors like Lori Foster, Rachel Gibson, and Carly Phillips. Can you guys suggest me any good authors to try or even just a good chic lit book you may have read? Thanks for any help!!! I’m 23 if that helps any.

Apparently, according to sources, they will not be coming out until January or late December. They want to avoid all Christmas orders. You can buy them off of Ebay, or internet stores I’m sure.

I want to get an iPod touch, but the new one is sold out and the older one (from January 08) is in stock. I just want to know the differences, if many.

get slim 2001. the 3000 can’t be hacked and probably the new release will not be hacked too.

When will the new hoofer bags be released? Also, on average, how often do they come out with updated bags? I am trying to decide if I should go ahead and get a Hoofer Vantage or wait for the 2010 Hoofer bags to be released.

I think that Ping usually releases new lines in late summer/early fall. Last year, they released the Voyage and updated colors of their other bags in October.

If you’re looking for a review of a number of bags, check out CriticalGolf.com - they do a nice job of highlighting different features, the weights of the bag (they actually test it themselves), et al.

Is this part of the post colonial policy of western companies? Nokia is rapidly declining in the West, India and China are their main markets, yet they wait 6 months before releasing new models here? Is there some logic here?

They don’t sell well when the models are brand new & expensive. After they’re out for a while, the price comes down so they’re more affordable for the market.
